Due to the deformation and recrystallization of metal, the original coarse dendrites and columnar grains are transformed into equiaxed recrystallization structures with fine grains and uniform size, so that the original segregation, porosity, porosity and slag inclusion in the ingot are compacted and welded, and its structure becomes more compact, which improves the plasticity and mechanical properties of metal. According to forging temperature, it can be divided into hot forging, warm forging and cold forging. Free forging
Free forging refers to the processing method of forging with simple universal tools or directly applying external force to the blank between the upper and lower anvil of forging equipment to deform the blank and obtain the required geometric shape and internal quality. Ring rolling
Through the active rotation of the rolling wheel, the ring blank is driven to rotate, and the ring blank drives the core roller to rotate.
